传统的小型无人机都是以玻璃钢和碳纤维为主，重量重，一旦损毁几乎无法维修。而华奥航空研发的MFM 新材料对于传统材料完全是技术和性能的革新，它的密度在EPO和EPP之间，刚性强于35密度EPO 2-3倍，尤其是韧性强于EPO 10倍不止，重量又轻于玻璃钢和碳纤维飞机。大大加强了产品抗撞击性。重量又轻于玻璃钢和碳纤维飞机，起飞轻便容易携带。尤其是撞击后容易修复和维修，对机体内的设备起到了很好的保护作用，大大降低了使用和后续成本。尤其适合用于大小型航测、监测等实际应用部门。
